Gillian McCollum
Director
Heading up the design team & managing the daily operations, Gillian oversees all ongoing concerns within Murray & Murray, whilst still undertaking a portfolio of her own projects.
Gillian has a BA hons degree in Interior Architecture from Edinburgh’s Napier University & has worked for several high end, international brands within the interior design industry before joining Murray & Murray in 2006. Gillian is on the committee for the Scottish Region of the BIID.

Kimberley Heeps
Designer
Kimberley’s enthusiasm for good design & her bright personality has brought fresh, young blood to the team. Her tireless energy & dedication to delivering projects with the highest levels of customer service ensures her ability to strongly identify with the needs of our clients.
Kimberley has an HND in Interior Design from Edinburghs Telford College and has been part of the team since July 2011.

Emma Fraser
Designer
Emma comes from a kitchen design background and is passionate about excellent customer service. Her ability to listen well to client’s requirements means that their ideas are interpreted into an excellent design, as well as adding a huge amount of value with her own ideas and extensive knowledge of the products.
Emma has a BDes Hons degree in Interior and Environmental Design from Duncan of Jordanstone Art College, and after a short spell away Emma rejoined our team as a designer in January 2013.

Pauline Barron
Design Assistant
With a keen creative eye & a methodical approach, Pauline will be assisting the Design Team in delivering projects to the very highest of standards from concept through to completion.
Originally from an HR background, Pauline recently graduated top of her class from Dundee College with a HND in 3D Interior Design. Pauline joined us in August 2012.

Linda Whiteford
Operations Manager
Linda’s knowledge & wealth of experience in all that is Murray & Murray is unrivalled. Her organised & structured approach to each project leaves no stone unturned. Her ability to forward think means weeding out any potential problems from the outset. Linda has been with us since January 2000 & is a highly regarded member of the Team.

Matthew Herriott
Draftsman
Having started his Murray & Murray career as an apprentice in our workshop, Matthew has recently adopted a draftsman role within the business, ensuring our bespoke designs are translated into detailed manufacturing drawings for our workshop.
With his inherent IT skills & acquired understanding of our cabinetry making techniques, Matthew delivers technical expertise to the team with a quiet confidence.

Ralph Herriott
Estimator/Draftsman
Ralph’s primary concern within the business is to ensure all projects are estimated correctly from the outset & that they continue to run to budget.
His ‘hands on’ approach & diverse skill set allows him to quickly adapt to any situation, a handy characteristic to have when dealing with our somewhat imaginative designers with their all too often ‘creative’ ideas.

Margaret Ferguson
Finance Administrator
Margaret is responsible for the small matter of all our finances. As one of the original founding staff members her knowledge & experience gained within her 20-year tenure is called upon on a daily basis. As the true ‘Aunt’ of Murray & Murray she keeps us all in check with her kind but firm approach.

Ian Logan
Project Administrator
The background support that Ian provides plays an integral part of our success. Ian is responsible for all purchasing within the business & general day-to-day co-ordination from workshop to installation. Ian’s light hearted & often comical nature has allowed him to naturally forge good relations with suppliers & staff members alike.

Adam Cleghorn
Woodshop Supervisor
Our resident timber expert, Adam, runs a tight ship when it comes to selecting & preparing all the timbers used in our workshop. With his extensive understanding of furniture making & his veneering expertise, he offers great guidance to the Design Team particularly when embarking on some of the more unique commissions. Adam has been with us since October 1998.

Gareth Uprichard
Workshop Supervisor
Known for his uncompromising high standards of cabinet making, Gareth oversees the assembly & finishing of every piece of furniture we craft. He is a stickler for detail & always brings a positive & pro-active attitude to every project. Gareth is probably known best of all for his Irish ‘craik’ & imaginative story telling. Gareth has been with us since September 2003.
